A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help make changes. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase. Didn’t get one? Check your spam or email us.
Shipping & Delivery
A: Orders take 1–3 working days to process, and delivery time depends on your location:
Country & Delivery Time
Netherlands, Germany, France: 2–7 working days
UK, US, Switzerland: 3–8 working days
Other EU Countries, Canada, Australia: 3–11 working days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel’s progress at any time.
Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ working days, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any eligible item within 70 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached.
Yes — the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimates or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

We’ll provide the return instructions based on your location.
Yes, unless the item was faulty or incorrect. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Absolutely. Just note that customs fees and return shipping are your responsibility. Be sure to mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra charges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).
